Learning from each other

The operation, management and governance of Enliven services is undertaken by each of the seven Presbyterian Support organisations. Each of the seven Enliven services are committed to working with and learning from each other to develop Enliven further.

Regularly throughout the year, the Enliven senior managers from across the country meet to share ideas, review the services and identify areas of shared work. It means that expertise and experience from across the Enliven is harnessed and at hand whenever it is needed. This collegiality strengthens all Enliven services and ensures that quality is always being enhanced

The National Executive Group and National Council of Presbyterian Support New Zealand also meet regularly and address matters than affect and enhance Enliven services throughout the country.
