Enliven is all about positive ageing. Positive ageing is also about maintaining relationships with family and friends and maintaining a sense of contribution and satisfaction in what you do. One advantage of the service is that it offers personally tailored programmes based on your changing needs. The programmes are aimed at helping you to build strength and resilience, and to achieve your goals - based on what is important to you.
