Enliven Waikato Day ProgrammeWould good company, laughter and stimulating, fun activities help an older person you know that's living in their own home stay socially active? The Enliven Waikato Day Programme could be just right.. It is focused on reconnecting older people with their communities, providing opportunities for social interaction and various activities and outings, and supporting you to achieve other goals. Transition ProgrammeThe transition programme provides a solution for older people who want to live as independently as possible in their own homes again after a short period in hospital and/or rest home. As part of this programme we will actively work with older people while they are in residential care, assisting them to rebuild their capability and confidence to a level required for a return home. This involves developing an individually-tailored programme of support reflecting clients' needs and what is most important to them.
