Enliven Homelink
Homelink is an Enliven service that offers support to add value to the lives of older people by assisting them to re-engage with community services and/or social groups.
Homelink operates from a strengths-based, restorative and positive ageing perspective, facilitating personal choice and self determination.
The service aims to:
§ Engage with both men and women aged 65 and up on the North Shore of Auckland
§ Assist the older person to plan ways to:
- stay active and interested
- regain and maintain skills, abilities and confidence
- reduce social isolation
§ Enhance the older person’s ability to remain safely at home
